Tonight, City of Chelsea Massachusetts- Gov had an official Swearing-In Ceremony at Chelsea City Hall for the Chelsea Police Department's new officers and promotions. We would like to Congratulate our officers who were sworn in today by Clerk Cintron, witnessed by City Manager Fidel Maltez, Chief Keith Houghton, City Councillors, Fellow Officers, Family Members, & the Community.
